Speech Pathologist
Duties and responsibilities:
They diagnose, treat, and help to prevent speech and swallowing disorders. These disorders are cause by a stroke, brain injury, hearing loss or even emotional problems. They identify treatments options. They teach people how to make sounds and improve their voices. They also work with them to develop and strengthen the muscles to swallow.

Salary: $69,870

Education:
They need to have at least a master’s degree. They also have to be licensed in the states. There are courses that you need to take before entering the programs. The courses are in age-specific speech disorders.

Reflection:

 I would be a speech pathologist because I get to help people.
