This is true because kind words can be so small and mean words can be so big and nasty and it can hurt people feelings. An example is if someone said a bad word it can hurt someone’s feelings but if you sad a nice and kind word you can make the person’s day. 

Occupational Therapist

Duties and Responsibilities:

They help people that are mentally, emotionally, or physically disabled and have to adapt to being a handicap. They also help to relearn how to do daily living and self-care skills. They also work in a team with physicians, counselors, and physical therapist. Occupational therapist makes and design therapy programs to work with patients to help them and monitor their progress. Occupational Therapist usually work at hospitals, and some time in clinics and nursing homes.

Salary: $26,000-$45,000

Education: Students are to take math, science, and English courses in high school. All states require a bachelors or master’s degree. They also need completion of a national examination to become a certified occupational therapist

Reflection: I would sternly like to become an occupational therapist because I can help people I would totally work as one.

Nursing Home Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

They plan and direct operations of nursing homes and long- term care facilities. They supervise financial, medical, personnel and nursing administration. They sometimes work in nursing homes, but some work of big companies. Some also involved in teaching and researching.

Salary: $40,000-$50,000

Educational Requirements:

Student should take business, science, math, and English subjects in high school. Some of the requirements are different but most of them require nursing homes have at least a bachelor’s degree and a complete internship program.

-I wouldn’t want to be a nursing home because I really don’t like there job I rather be a pediatriton.

This quote is telling you that to be cool you don’t need to do bad thing you can follow the rules and be cool. An example, if you friend doesn’t want to bring uniform you don’t need to follow her footsteps and do what she does. 

             School Assembly (summary)

The assembly was a good way to improve the rules of the school. It was very entertaining to see all the teachers come up with that, I like the way they try to be us for a moment. It was awesome because student actually got the message in a fun way that we needed to study when we have test, come early to school, and behave in school. I would improve in school come early to school and study for test.

This statement is true because without you being in action you are just going to be lazy and not do anything. An example of this might be when you have a job interview and you wake up late you are not in action you are being lazy and irresponsible.

Progress Report

 I haven’t done any of my goals because I’m not there yet but in few years I will make some come true. I have not made progress but in three years I’m going to make my goal come true to graduate from high school. I am trying to keep them on my mind and learn about them each day how can I accomplish and make them real.

  

Pyramid healing

Define pyramid healing:

 Pyramid healing is a healing practice that is based on the concept that the shape of a pyramid that traps into the healing energy that surrounds every living thing.

Aspects of pyramid healing:

The aspects of pyramid healing are that it looks like a pyramid. Other aspects of the healing pyramid are having energy, have inner peace, and also have more clarity in your mind.

Reflection:

 I think I would try pyramid healing because it sounds soothing to you soul and have peace within you. I would also because it would clear up my mind of problems, I would also have positive energy.

Glenn Cunningham

Glenn is track and field runner he has won silver metal. When he was eight his caught on fire and in that accident his brother had die. He had a burned  leg and the doctor wanted to cut his leg off but his parents didn't wanted to cut off his leg so they decided  not to but the doctor said that he would never walk again. In 1919 he first walked and form that day on he would always walk and walk in till he learn to run. Glenn has run in both 1923 summer Olympics and as well 1936 summer Olympics. One of Glenn unachieved goal wear to run four min mile all the runners tried but couldn't make it but and the end Glenn made it by doing what he did when he was eight run as fast though the beginning.

This quote is true in my opinion because some men are more strong minded than other men. An example, if a guy has gone through depression than it mind it is going to be weak but if a guy has a strong mind than he is never going to have depression.

Monitor surveillance Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Monitor surveillance Technician sees the electrical heartbeat on a series of monitors in cardiac care unites. They examine patterns and results to physicians and nursing staff. They report heart patterns on patients. They also identify heart patterns, changes and they also clean equipment, battery packs, and writing system.

Salary: $26,000-$41,000

Education:

Students should take math science and computers classes in high school. They also have to graduate from high school. They would enroll in training programs in vocational schools, colleges and hospitals. It varies from two or three months.

-I would want to be a monitor surveillance technician because their jobs sound good and they don’t pay that bad. Also because their jobs sound interesting

I agree with this quote because you can’t be another person but yourself you have to be satisfied with you not with other people because they don’t care about you they care about themselves. An example, if you try to outdo others is not going to matter if you don’t be better than them. 

Health sciences librarian

Duties and responsibilities:

Health sciences librarian work with library technician they collect and organize information. With that information they help practitioners to find the patient care, education, and research. They also select books, journals, and other material. They also deal with establish electronic and digital information systems. They also control budgets and supervise library technicians.

Salary: $35,000-$55,000

Education:

 Student needs to take math, science, management, and English. Some jobs provide job training but they prefer to train in a community college or technical school. They must have a master’s degree in library science and undergraduate degree in one of life science.

-I wouldn't be a health science librarian because I really not in to the work that they do. I don’t find it interesting just to look up patients care folders. 

3 weeks Christmas Break

In my 3 weeks I did my home work in the first week I just wanted to get it over with. The second weeks was Christmas so my sister went to my house and spend it in my house but the next day my mom had to go to work so we didn't stayed up late. We open the presents and night and I got a Nike shirt and some leggings and my mom and brother were unwrapping their presents. Then we finish and we ate posole that my mom made. Then the last week it was New Year’s but my mom also had to work the next day so we didn't do much but it was fun. I really wish we were still in break.

I agree because to achieve greatness you have to go through rough thing to keep on fighting for what you really want. An example, if you can’t run in a marathon than you may practice and conquer what is good and keep on fighting in till you win and feel good about yourself.

Clinical Laboratory Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

 In clinical laboratory technologist and technicians. Technologist and technicians work to identify, diagnose, and treat diseases. The technicians use microscopes, laboratory equipment, and chemicals.  They collect blood samples and they also did test and prepare the reports of blood samples. They also take complex laboratory test.

Salary: $20,000-$28,000 (Technicians)

            $25,000-$40,000 (Technologist)

Education:

Students should take math, English, science in high school. They should have an associate degree in the field. It’s normally required that you have a bachelor’s degree to become a Laboratory specialist. Also they like to study more in deep into clinical Laboratory Specialist.

-no I wouldn’t want to be a laboratory specialist because it’s not my thing I really don’t like science.
