Recreation Therapist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recreation therapist plan treatments programs for people with disabilities or an illness. They sometimes include arts and crafts, music, dance, games and they also plan trip with the community. They also plan treatments and programs that are for the patient’s needs. They also evaluate the patent interventions for them to know if it’s working.  They also record the patient’s progress.

Salary:$42,280

Education:

They need a bachelor’s degree. They have to take course in in human anatomy, and medical and psychiatric terminology. You also have to finish high school to become a recreation therapist.

Reflection:

 I would want to be a recreation therapist because it sounds fun and you get to help ill people and you also feel good about it.
