Dental hygienists clean teeth, examine patient for oral diseases and they also provide dental care. They remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth. They also develop dental x rays. They also keep track of patient care and treatments plans. They also give tips to patients such as how to correctly floss and brush.

Education:

The dental hygienists need a associates degree.in high school you need to take biology, chemistry, and mathematics. They also need to complete a year of college. A bachelor or master degree usually required for a clinical practice.
